Job description

Connecting People is looking for a driven Recruitment & Talent Specialist who will be responsible for attracting, screening and selecting candidates for our clients, mainly within logistics and warehousing. In this role you combine recruitment, communication and a touch of marketing. You make sure our vacancies get noticed, speak with suitable candidates and work closely with our operations team to successfully fill staffing requests. With us you get the room to develop yourself and grow into a role with more responsibility. ## What you'll be doing As a Recruitment & Talent Specialist you spend your days finding the right people and successfully filling open vacancies. Your tasks include: - Writing, publishing and optimising attractive vacancy texts. - Actively promoting vacancies via social media, job boards and other recruitment channels. - Contributing ideas on recruitment marketing and ways to reach new target groups. - Following up new applications quickly and professionally. - Actively sourcing suitable candidates through various channels and our candidate database. - Conducting phone screenings, video intakes and interviews. - Assessing candidates on motivation, experience, availability and suitability. - Clearly informing candidates about duties, salary, working hours, location and terms of employment. - Checking transport and travel accessibility. - Carrying out identity checks according to applicable procedures. - Guiding candidates through their digital registration and verifying it is fully completed. - Matching suitable candidates to open vacancies. - Working closely with our operations team to hand over candidates carefully and fill vacancies successfully. - Building a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies. - Re-engaging existing candidates and actively generating referrals. - Analysing the results of vacancy promotion and recruitment activities and proposing improvements.
