Ready to run the floor instead of just working on it? For our client, a state-of-the-art cold store in the Oss region with over 100,000 pallet positions, we are looking for a foreman. Together with the current foreman, you manage the daily operation in the cold store. You divide the work among the order pickers, scanners, EPT drivers and reach truck operators, monitor progress and are the first point of contact for colleagues on the floor. If something gets stuck, you solve it. And you stay hands-on: leading the team and pitching in where needed. A great step for someone with logistics experience who wants to grow into a supervisory role, or who already leads a team and is ready for a modern environment. The salary matches the responsibility. You start from €17.99 per hour, which is around €3,130 gross per month (step D3 of the Dutch road transport collective agreement). If you already have relevant supervisory experience, you may start at a higher step. After each full year in the job you in principle move up a pay step, up to €20.24 per hour, well over €3,520 gross per month. Overtime is paid at 130%, Saturday hours at 150%. Living a bit further away? Then you receive a travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometre (from 10 km one way).
