As an Ocean Operator, you are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to clients, while ensuring smooth import and export processes and efficient cargo delivery. This role involves handling customs documentation, arranging transport, ensuring accurate invoicing, and resolving customer queries and complaints.

What will you do?
- Management of import and export processes, including requesting customs documents before the vessel's arrival and collecting all necessary paperwork for the release and delivery of cargo.
- Arranging transport with shipping lines and carriers, tracking shipment progress in CargoWise, and maintaining full system performance.
- Ensuring accurate valuation and invoicing of shipments, timely processing of supplier invoices, and confirming payments for COD, customs, and VAT invoices before cargo release.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, solving problems or complaints, and closing files in a timely manner, handling related costs and sales.
