We are looking for an administrative assistant for 24-32 hours per week for our office. You will support the team with various administrative tasks such as processing invoices, correspondence, customer contact, and archiving. You will work with modern systems and assist in the digitization of processes. You will have a lot of customer contact (telephone and email) and will be the representative of the company. Possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week. What we offer: salary €14.40-€16.50 based on experience, flexible working hours, hybrid work possible, modern workplace, training opportunities, public transport allowance, laptop, and an informal work atmosphere.
