## Connect talent with employers and truly make a difference As a **Talent Manager Logistics**, you are the face of Connecting People. You are responsible for finding, selecting, and guiding talent to the right job within the logistics sector. You build sustainable relationships with candidates and clients and are uniquely skilled at making the perfect match. In addition to recruitment, you actively contribute ideas on how we can reach even more talent. Together with the team, you devise creative recruitment and marketing campaigns to attract the best candidates and further enhance our brand awareness. ### What will you do? * Actively recruit candidates through various recruitment channels; * Conduct intake, selection, and job interviews; * Match candidates with vacancies at our clients; * Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database; * Guide candidates throughout the entire application and placement process; * Maintain close contact with candidates and clients, including evaluation, progress, and performance discussions; * Contribute ideas for creative recruitment and marketing campaigns to attract new candidates; * Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure the best service delivery and maximum client and candidate satisfaction; * Process candidate and contract data and perform other administrative tasks; * Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to the further growth of Connecting People. ### Who are we looking for? Requirements
What do you bring? • Vocational (MBO+) or Higher Professional Education (HBO) working and thinking level • Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or sales (not a must, but a plus) • Excellent communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus • Commercial drive and goal-orientation • You are proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused • Affinity with the logistics sector • Proficient in MS Office and social media
