Job description
As an Account Manager / Sales at Connecting People, you are the commercial face of our organisation to our clients. You actively pursue new opportunities, open doors at companies, and build lasting relationships. With your commercial drive and people skills, you connect employers with the right candidates. What will you do? * Actively cold call and approach potential clients * Schedule appointments, plan client visits, and onboard new clients * Acquire new clients in your region * Build and maintain client relationships * Conduct intake interviews with clients to identify staffing needs * Daily communication and coordination with recruiters regarding candidates, progress, and priorities * Provide client feedback to recruiters for improved matching * Negotiate rates and collaborations * Prepare and follow up on proposals * Manage client appointments and commercial files * Achieve revenue and margin targets
Requirements
What do you bring to the table? * Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, sales, or relationship management * Excellent communication and commercial skills * Strong negotiation acumen and results-oriented * Affinity with the temporary staffing industry and HR solutions * Independent, proactive, and presentable * In possession of a valid B driving licence * Residing in the region or willing to relocate
